Donaldson, P.E., PTOE, president of the firm, has over 32 years experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, traffic noise and transportation design throughout Florida. He has specialized in traffic impact studies, site access and circulation plans, parking demand studies, traffic noise analysis and has been qualified to testify in these areas. JMD Engineering has earned a strong reputation for creative problem solving through a solid relationship developed with our clients. This close client relationship has developed through effective communications throughout the course of development for each and every project.We have demonstrated the capability in providing quality services at competitive costs and we have established a solid record of completing projects on time and within budget. We never tack on a fee on direct expenses and we never charge for support time (secretarial, project management or accounting). We know successful project development begins with good planning.
